Upgrade / Install / Add-in Errors
- MSP Addin disabled / inactive - known issues for Clarity
- When upgrading the MSP Interface, receive an error message that the CAClarityAddin is already installed
- MSP Interface Install error: Specified Argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: entryValue
- When opening projects in MSP, receive a Compile Error after upgrading the PPM MSP Interface
- Unable to open project in MSP if CA Clarity addin is inactive (AppData needs to be cleared)
- CA PPM Addin Disabled in MSP - Addin reinstall required
- MSP CA PPM integration/Interface tab is not available/disabled when using a Silent Installation package

Save Issues
Save Failed

Error Messages
- MSP: "The last time you opened 'ProjectID' it caused a serious error" when attempting to open a project from Clarity
- MSP: 'Actual Finish Date is Before some of the Previously Entered Timephased Actual Work values'
- Project Does not Open in MSP - There is a circular relationship in task error due to Duplicate Text3 Content
- Why am I getting an import error upon launching a project to MSP?
- MSP Import Error on extended attribute if the related text field in Clarity has a second line manually created
- MSP "scheduling conflict for summary task 0" message due to MSP Setting
- MSP: Invalid project Summary task constraint - Every time the project is launched to MSP, a message regarding the constraint is thrown:
"This action will cause a scheduling conflict for summary task 0 <task name>..."
Blank project / Hanging projects
- Why does a new blank project1 file open along with the Clarity Project in MSP?
- Opening MSP stops at 'Connecting to PPM' step / unable to log in to MSP Interface

- MSP sort changes to unique ID instead of ID - This can make it seem like tasks have moved to a different spot in the project.

% Complete
- MSP % Complete changes with tasks with no assignments if % Complete >0 and <100
- MSP Task % Complete mismatch: In Clarity it shows 100%, while in MSP it shows 99%
- Task % complete is 0 when exported from Clarity to MSP
- % Complete changes for tasks without assignments if % is > 0 when exported to MSP - (DE52504 - Impacts 15.7, 15.7.1, fixed in 15.8)
Target Errors
- MSP Target Error Openfromdatabase when opening attempting to open a project in MSP
- MSP Target error due to corrupt Global.mpt file
- MSP Target Error Openfromdatabase due to Global.mpt name issue
- MSP Target error: "The macro "Browse Resources" cannot be found"
ETC / Remaining Work
- MSP: ETC missing for tasks with Assignments
