I’m getting key expiration emails from the system. How do I proceed?

  • If your contract is perpetual based, then the existing license keys provided originally will work.  
  • If your contact is subscription based, new keys are required. To get the new keys, contact Broadcom Customer Care

My contract has been renewed. Do we need new keys to run our product?

Where can I find Dev codes, Material codes, and descriptions for LMP product keys?

We have recently migrated to the new machine (CPU), do we require a new key?

  • If the existing key is a site key, then the existing license keys provided originally will work. If it is a machine-specific key, then new keys are required. To get the new keys, contact Broadcom Customer Care.
