How to raise cases for Symantec Email security.Cloud product. 

Resolution

If you already have a Broadcom Support account, visit the Broadcom Support Portal to manage your current cases or open new ones. However, if you need access to the Case Management system, you'll need to create a profile on the Broadcom Support Portal first. Use your Support Site ID to validate your entitlements.
