Troubleshooting

If you are seeing this issue in Advanced reporting, this error can be due to many reasons. If the below does not help, check the Jaspersoft log for the exact reason or consult Broadcom Support for assistance. 

Advanced Reporting

• "Error 401 User Not Registered..." in Advanced Reporting due to key store file issue
• "Error 401..." in Advanced Reporting when the user is deleted in JasperReports Server
• "Error 401 User Not Registered Error" in Advanced Reporting clicking Home button - (DE60481 - Fixed in 15.9.3)

 Export issues

• Report download "Error 401" or "Failed - Network Error" via PDF (using Chrome)

Jaspersoft Studio

• Jaspersoft Studio "401 error" due to password issue
• Jaspersoft Studio connection error 401 or 404 when a proxy is used
• Jaspersoft studio error 404 or 401 when 'Use SOAP PROTOCOL ONLY' is checked
• Error '(401) Unauthorized' when trying to connect from Jasper Studio in Clarity

Status Reports

• Status Reports not opening / Error 401 in Classic post upgrade to 15.9.3
