UIM snmpcollector alarm not active even though template is applied correctly

Issue/Introduction

I have correctly applied a SNMPcollector template to some devices and I have enabled, apart from QOS DATA, also Static Alarms. 

Even though the template appear as correctly  applied to the device, only DATA is active, but alarm appear as not active. 

 

I have applied the below kb but it hasn't solved my issue: 

SNMPCollector template applied with Data ON but Alarm OFF shows Both Data and Alarm ON


Example:

Environment

Release : 20.1

Component : UIM - SNMPCOLLECTOR 3.*, 4.*

Cause

On the snmpcollector hub, for alarms to be used, nas, baseline_engine, or alarm_enrichment are needed to run on the hub. 

If nas, baseline_engine, or alarm_enrichment are deactivated, this exact issue will occur. 

Resolution

In the snmpcollector hub ensure that the following probes are installed and active:

 

nas

baseline_engine

alarm_enrichment 

 

*This is a requirement if alarms need to be enabled.
