Resolution

To download free software from the Broadcom support portal, follow the below steps.
 
  1. Go to the Support Portal and sign in. If you don’t have an account yet, follow the Basic account creation guide to register.

  2. Once logged in, From the My Dashboard, Navigate to the My Downloads then click on Free Software Downloads available HERE



  3. Use the search bar or browse by product name to find the available free software.

  4. Click on the Product name and the available software version.

  5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
    Important Note: Click on the "Terms and Conditions" hyperlink, which will redirect you to the End User Agreement. After reviewing, return to the product download page; this will enable the checkbox.



  6. Click the Download icon. If you get a pop-up that says "Prior to downloading this file, additional verification is required.", click yes to fill the form (Use English characters Only).

  7. After successful verification, the download icon will be enabled.
