Once you become a user administrator, Product Administrator or User with the elevated permissions to "Manage Folder", please follow the steps to manage permissions for a user to the respective folder/s.
- The User Administrator or Product Administrator on the Broadcom Support Portal can manage access to all Folders within a Site ID
- While an Enterprise User with the elevated permissions to "Manage Folder" can manage Users on Folder Level only.
To view the VMware License keys and Users associated with the licensing folders on the Broadcom support portal, follow the steps outlined below
- Log in to Broadcom support portal Dashboard, from the left menu, select My Entitlements
- Click on the Company name/Site ID
- For Bundle products, click on the Entitlements Details of the individual products within the bundle to see the license icon.
- Click on License badge icon

This opens the License folder management page to perform the below functions:
Add users to a folder
- Select the Site ID.
- In the left menu, click on the appropriate Folder.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click Add Users.

- Enter the email address, select the appropriate permissions for the user, and click Add.

- If the user is added successfully, the user will show up in the user's list.
Edit user permissions for a folder
- Select the "Users" tab
- In the left menu, click on the appropriate Folder. Then Click the ⋮ (3-dot icon), select Edit Permissions
Note: If the option is unavailable (disabled), you lack the necessary permissions to modify a user's rights. Please reach out to your administrator.
- Make the appropriate changes, and click Update to save the changes.

Move users to a folder
- Select the "Users" tab
- Select the user, and either click on Move Users or click the ⋮ (3-dot icon), and then select Move User.
- Verify the user email, click the *To - Dropdown, select the destination folder, and click Move.

Remove a user
- In the left menu, click on the appropriate Folder.
- Click the Users tab.
- Select the user, click the ⋮ (3-dot icon), and click Remove User.
