Steps for a User Administrator to invite an Enterprise user to a Site ID

Resolution

site admin can invite an Enterprise user to a Site ID by following the steps below.

Important Note: User admin can not invite a basic user to a Site ID. Basic users can follow the KB article Manage Broadcom Site IDs or upgrade your account to build their profile and upgrade to enterprise user.

 

Login to the Broadcom Support Portal - My Dashboard 

  • Click on My Tools and select Administration.

  • Click the Invite User tab enter the site ID and email address of the end-user you'd like to associate the site ID to and click Submit.

  • The end-user will receive an email notification indicating their profile is now associated with the site ID. They will now be able to manage support products (create cases, download software, generate license keys) under that site ID.
