Issue/Introduction

User Administrators can process pending enrollment requests for their associated sites through the Broadcom Support Portal. This procedure applies to the following request types:

  • Registration / Site ID Access: New users requesting access to a specific Site ID.
  • User Administrator Role: Users requesting elevated privileges to manage others.
  • Product Administrator Role: Users requesting access to specific product fulfillment and licensing tools.

Resolution

To manage pending requests, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the Broadcom Support Portal - My Dashboard 
  2. Click the My Tools menu 
  3. Select the Registration Requests tab. A list of all pending requests associated with your Site ID will be displayed.
  4. To process a specific request, click the Pencil Icon located at the far right of the entry.
  5. Review the request details in the pop-up window.
  6. Select either Approve or Reject.
  7. Upon completion, the requester will receive a system-generated email notification regarding the status of their request.

 

If the My Tools or Administration options are not visible:

  • Verify Privileges: Ensure you have been granted User Administrator rights. If you have site access but cannot see these tools, follow the steps in Request User Administrator role on the Broadcom Support Portal
  • Session Refresh: If you were recently granted User Administrator access, log out and log back in to refresh your portal permissions.

If you are unable to process a pending enrollment or not the correct person, notify Broadcom Customer Care at the earliest for further assistance.
