To accept/reject the following pending requests on the Broadcom Support Portal, a User Administrator can follow the steps / procedure below.
Note: User administrator privileges are required to access the "My Tools" option.
If you have site access but this option is not visible on your dashboard, enroll to the user admin role by following the instructions from "Request User Administrator role on the Broadcom Support Portal."

Note: If you are unable to process a pending enrollment or not the correct person, notify Broadcom Customer Care at the earliest for further assistance.
