How to reset my password on Broadcom support portal?
Broadcom’s authentication service provider URL is changing from March 14, 2021, as follows:
Current URL: avagoext.okta.com
New URL: login.broadcom.com
Maintenance schedule is:
Start Date: March 13, 2021, at 09:00 UTC
End Date: March 14, 2021, at 09:00 UTC
Click here to keep up-to-date during the maintenance, including when maintenance has successfully completed.
Action Required from 09:00 UTC on March, 14th for Federated Single-Sign On (SSO) Customers. click here for details.
To reset password, go to www.broadcom.com, click on login drop-down and select "Forgot Username/Password" as shown in the picture below or go to link https://portal.broadcom.com/web/guest/forgotpassword.
Enter your registered email address and click on submit.
An email with a temporary password and the activation link will be sent. The email will be sent from [email protected] with the title [EXT] Broadcom.com Portal Password Reset.
NOTE: If you did not get this email please check your spam/junk or corporate spam folder. If you still did not get the email, ask your email admin to allow emails from @broadcom.com and resend the email again.
Sign in with the email address and fill in the old password field with the temporary password received.
Note: Please ensure there are no trailing or preceding space in the password field.
To change your password, enter the old password (Temporary password received) and the new password.
