Issue/Introduction

You are trying to reset the Broadcom support portal password and not receiving the password reset link in your email.

Resolution

If you did not receive the password reset email link, please check the following:

• Check your spam/junk or corporate spam folder
• Ensure your organization firewall has whitelisted the following domains: access.broadcom.com & broadcom.com
• Ensure your organization firewall allows emails from: [e-mail], [e-mail], [e-mail]
