Issue/Introduction

• VCF Operations plugin keeps on redeploying every 10 seconds on vCenters 

• Re-registering the plugin from VCF Operations UI Manage -> Integrations -> vCenter adapter -> Manage registrations does not help
• There are no legacy VMware Aria Operations plugin data remaining registered within the vCenter Server Managed Object Browser (MOB) as per: Operations plugin stuck in redeploy loop in vSphere Client after upgrading to VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1
• The vCenter with the issue is collecting on a Cloud Proxy collector group with more than 2 Cloud Proxies. 

Environment

• VCF Operations 9.1

Cause

It is triggered when an adapter instance is moved from one collector to another; a new assignment is created, but the old assignment is not deleted.

Resolution

This is a known issue within VCF Operations 9.1.0.x. A fix will be delivered in the upcoming VCF Operations update.
