Resolution

Subscribe to an article

  1. Click on the article link from case management. If you are viewing an article from the knowledge.broadcom.com view, you will need to follow the below steps to subscribe.
    • Option 1: Click on the article under the Knowledge tab of your case. See Tips to access knowledge articles from a case.
    • Option 2: From the case management article link. 
      1. Copy the Article ID for the article you want to subscribe to. The Article ID is found at the end of the article URL and on the top left hand corner of the article.
      2. Paste the Article ID to the end of URL: https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/wolken-support/kbsearch/article?articleNumber=<Insert Your Article ID>.

  2. Click on the Subscribe button in the top right hand corner.

  3. You will see a message appear temporarily appear in the top right hand corner letting you know you are subscribed successfully.
  4. If you are subscribed to an article, the Subscribe button will change to "Unsubscribe".
  5. When a change is made to an article, you will receive an email notification notifying there is a change to the article.

Unsubscribe

  1. Click on the link provided in the email you receive when the article is updated.
    Alternatively, you can access the article link form: https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/wolken-support/kbsearch/article?articleNumber=<Insert Your Article ID>.
  2. Click the Unsubscribe button.
