Accessing Broadcom knowledge base articles from a case

Issue/Introduction

Learn how to access knowledge articles associated with your Broadcom case, and how to mark the associated articles as a favorite.

Resolution

Viewing a knowledge base article from a case

  1. Open your case (See Create and manage Broadcom support cases)
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the case
  3. Click on the Knowledge tab
  4. Click on the article under the Knowledge tab

Note: The date on the right-hand side is the last updated date of the article. 

Make an article a favorite

  1. Click on the knowledge article from your case
  2. Click the Mark it as Favourite star in the right-hand corner of the article

Note: The favorite option is only available from the case management view of the article. 

View your favorite articles

  1. Go to your case management homepage
  2. Scroll down to the Favourite Articles section

Note: The date listed next to the article is the last updated date of the article.
