Issue/Introduction

• The dashboard shows a 'Request Failed' message or the scheduled e-mail is never received.
• Testing the SMTP server configuration succeeds.
• The Risk Fabric server log contains the following error:

PuppeteerSharp.NavigationException: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED at http://<Server_IP>/#impersonate/...

Cause

The value of the portal setting Website address of Risk Fabric in the console under Admin > Settings > General does not match the host specified in the site binding in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).

Resolution

Modify the portal setting Website address of Risk Fabric to match the host specified in the site binding in IIS.
