Issue/Introduction

PGP Encryption Server can be used customize the logos, colors and general theme of Web Email Protection inboxes to match your organization's theme.

This article will discuss how to do this with PGP Encryption Server 11.5 and newer.

 

Resolution

The goal could be to modify your template to match your own organization, such as the following example:

 

To do this, first login to the new SMC portal for PGP Encryption Server:

Next, you'll click the branding portion under the "Settings" cog wheel icon to the left:

You will notice there is a default template:

From here, you can copy your own template, and make changes to it, and test them. 

The design is intuitive and the main thing to keep in mind is if a template is active, it can't be modified, so it's useful to make two templates how you like (copy makes this easy to do), make the changes to one, and test.

Colors can be reviewed on the hexcode level and make exact matches:

The banners and action buttons as well as menu colors can be modified to your needs:

There is even an option to preview your modifications:

Once you go through the each of the pages, you'll end up with the finished product and designed exactly how you would like:
