Receiving alert "Host has lost connection to vCenter Server" for multiple ESXi hosts when ESXi host is placed into maintenance mode

Issue/Introduction

• Receiving "Host has lost connection to vCenter Server" alert for multiple ESXi hosts
• ESXi hosts were put into maintenance mode receiving an alert "Host is in maintenance mode for at least 72 hours"
• No duplicate ESXi hosts found as outlined in KB Host Disconnect alerts are triggering in Aria Operations
• ESXi hosts do not show as "Not Responding" in vCenter as per KB ESXi host disconnects intermittently from vCenter Server

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

Take ESXi host(s) out of maintenance mode in vCenter.
