"Replicate Security Tags" and "Migrate vCenter Tags" are not retained using the vCenter HCX Plug-in post migration

Issue/Introduction

• You are migrating a virtual machine (VM) using HCX, and you have selected the Extended Options -> "Replicate Security Tags" and "Migrate vCenter Tags" using the vCenter HCX Plug-in. 
• Once the VM is migrated to the target vCenter, you observe that the vCenter tags are missing, and the NSX Tags are also missing, despite selecting these options.
• The following error is observed in /common/logs/admin/app.log for the target HCX (HCX Cloud).

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware HCX 4.11.4, available at Broadcom downloads.

Workaround:

• Instead of using the vCenter HCX Plug-In, use the HCX standalone UI.
• The HCX Standalone UI can be used by launching HCX <IP/FQDN> HTTPS (443) in a browser.
  Note: This issue is affecting the vCenter HCX Plug-in only.
