Issue/Introduction
You attempted to log on to the DCS java console using the incorrect password and the symadmin account is locked
Environment
DCS 6.9.x
Cause
You attempted to logon to the java console using the incorrect symadmin password and the account is locked in the database
Resolution
You can unlock the symadmin account via the DCS database:
1. Log into the DCS SQL instance using SQL Management Studio with the SA account.
2. Expand Databases
3. Expand SCSPDB
4. Expand Tables
5. Right-click DBO.USR and select "Edit top 200 rows"
6. Locate the symadmin user
7. Check the IS_LOCKED field to see if the account is locked out, set the field to False to unlock it
8. Attempt to log in using the correct password
