Generate license key for CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM) on the Broadcom Support Portal

Issue/Introduction

This article will show you how to generate a CA PAM license key on the Broadcom Support Portal

Resolution

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support portal

 

2. Once you are logged in, from the Dashboard click on My Entitlements, Select the Company Name/Site ID > Select the product CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM), and click on the Licenses icon

 

3. On the Licensing page, enter the Firmware Serial ID > click on Generate License

Additional Information

Note: For clustered environments, you can recreate a key for each environment via the Broadcom Support Portal or you may request a customized key. To obtain a customized CA PAM license key, contact Broadcom Customer Care
