This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate a CA PAM license key using the Broadcom Support Portal self-service tools.
Ensure you have an Enterprise Profile with access to your Site ID on the Broadcom Support Portal

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal
2. From the Dashboard, click on My Entitlements. Select the Company Name/Site ID. Locate CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM) in the product list and click the Licenses icon. You will be redirected to the Licensing page.
3. On the Licensing page, enter your Firmware Serial ID, and click Generate License.
For clustered environments, you can recreate a key for each environment via the Broadcom Support Portal or request a customized key. To obtain a customized CA PAM license key, contact Broadcom Customer Care
