License Installation Instructions for Privileged Access Manager

Resolution

1. Click Config in the top right corner of the application.
2. Under the Config selections, select Licensing.
3. On the next page, Click the Browse button to search your system for the license file.
4. Once you have selected the license file, Click Upload License File, then Save New License.

 

Clustered environments will require matching keys.  A new key can be re-created within the portal for each firmware/hardware ID.  If this option is not feasible at this time, the licensing team can create a customized key for your use.  For a customized key, please open a case using the online webform.
