Issue/Introduction

• Deploying VMware Identity Manager cluster via Aria Lifecycle fails to due this error:  
  
  LCMVIDM71043 -  Unable to update vIDM FQDN. Ensure the vIDM is able to resolve to the new host and retry.
  
  
• In the NSX user interface via Networking > Load Balancing > Virtual Servers, it shows the following error:
  
  Invalid ssl ServerAuth CA /infra/certificates/LOAD-BALANCER-FQDNxxxxxxxxx (Error code 502023)

Resolution

CA certificate or vIDM Server certificate needs to be configured on the load balancer, review the documentation below
