Broadcom recently modified the authentication technology which will require you to activate your account for continued access to support.nimsoft.com. Follow the activation steps listed in this article if not done already.
An issue was identified post migration of authentication mechanism of support.nimsoft.com. It has now been fixed, and users can now log in using their new credentials created by following the upgrade article Broadcom Profile Authentication Technology Transition Notice.
The old credentials WILL NOT WORK anymore.
