In the NSX Manager UI, when removing a Project, the following error is observed and the delete fails:
Error: Error in hierarchical API, could not load dto for:TraceflowStatus//orgs/default/projects/<project_name>/infra/traceflow-status/########-####-####-####-############ (Error code: 500076)
The API logs (/var/log/proton/nsxapi.log) show entries like the following:

In some versions of NSX, there is an issue where a segment port gets deleted before the Traceflow Config is deleted when trying to delete a Project in NSX Manager. This causes the validation to fail.
This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2.0.0, available at Broadcom downloads.
If you are having difficulty finding and downloading software, please review the Download Broadcom products and software KB.
If encountering issues with deletion of projects and receiving the noted error message, an upgrade to the fixed version or a higher one will be needed to be able to successfully delete projects from the NSX Manager.
