Alerts configuration and trigger from DX02

Issue/Introduction

Customers utilizing monitoring for applications, such as Mobile or Browser apps , may require alert notifications for specific downtime events or performance gaps.

Symptoms

• Unable to configure alerts for AXA Error Transactions.
• Lack of alerting for application crashes and HTTP errors.
• Unable to trigger proactive notifications when application URLs experience downtime.

• DX Operational Observability

Cause

This is a product limitation. The capability to trigger alerts for these EUM / metrics from the DX02 backend is not currently available.

Resolution

This requirement is currently tracked under Feature Request #F167483 (formerly US986491). The feature is targeted for consideration in the FY26-Q4 release period (August-October).
