Issue/Introduction
When running URT, getting an error "Cannot run program expdp: CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified"
Environment
DLP Release: 15.8, 16.0
Cause
The SQL client installed on the Enforce server is an instant client and not installed in the Administrator mode.
Resolution
1. Stop all Enforce services and change the service type to manual.
2. Uninstall Oracle Client from the Enforce Server.
3. Reboot the Enforce Server.
4. Install Oracle client by following the steps from the below article.
How to install/upgrade the Oracle Client on Enforce for Windows
5. Set Oracle_home and path variable.
6. Change the service type back to automatic and start all 4 Enforce Services in order
Restart DLP Enforce services in the correct order
7. Check if your Enforce is up and running and the console is up.
8. Run the URT.
