"IP Block Usage Very High" alarm is getting triggered even if IpBlock usage is low (even when usage is >= 50%)

Issue/Introduction

• IP Block Usage Very High alarm will be seen.
• The observed IP block usage is not high, possibly under 50%.

Cause

Issue happens when multiple subnet been created using single Pool, then same subnet being getting added in blockUsage and causing alarm to trigger

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2 and 3.2.4, available at Broadcom downloads.
