After License Change There is a "Carbon Black Collective Defense Cloud Reputation Activation Problem"

Issue/Introduction

Recently applied a new App Control license and now the Collective Defense Cloud Reputation is showing an error "activation has invalid or missing activation key and server id information"

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

This could happen if the server can't communicate with the cloud or if multiple servers are using the same server id  / activation key combination

Resolution

1. Confirm the required ports are open.
2. Reset the Server SID.
3. Regenerate the CDC Activation Key.
