This article describes how to manage licensing folders on the Broadcom support portal, including creating, exporting, deleting, and renaming folders.

There will be some changes in the License Key portal terminologies beginning May 6, 2024. Below is a list of the changes:

When you purchase a Broadcom product, license keys are transferred to the Home folder. You can view the folders on the Licensing page, refer to Accessing Folders and License keys.
Note: If you do not have an account in the Broadcom software portal, refer to Register for an account on the Broadcom Support Portal and Communities
Within each Site ID for VMware Products, you can set up a folder structure that makes sense for your organization. For example, you can create folders for business units, departments, or regions.
With these folders, you can organize license keys and decide which users can access them:
To export folder data such as License Key, Product Name, Quantity, Folder Name, and Contract End Date to a CSV file,
Once the last key in the folder is moved out. The folder will get auto deleted.
Please note that a Folder can not be deleted with License Key(s) in it.
