Issue/Introduction

What are the diagnostic files should be gathered for Broadcom Support?

Environment

DX OI on-premise 2x

Resolution

1) Make sure DX Platform CORE Jarvis services are working as expected
 
 
 
2) Check if the following DX OI pods are running fine and if there are any errors on their logs

doi-situations
 
3) SUGGESTION: If possible try to restart all dx-platform services:
 
<dx-home>/tools/dx-admin.sh stop and start
