In the 16.1.0 release, the Modern introduces the feature to copy projects.
After providing the access right(Project - Copy), the user will have the ability to copy projects in the new user experience.
What does it copy?
What does it not copy?
The following are copied:
- Financial Cost Plans and Benefit Plans
- Tasks including picklists
-Risks, Issues, Change Requests
- To Dos
- Checklists (Refer to article: Checklist Status After Converting Idea To Project)-
- Custom 2nd-level & 3rd-level Sub Object records (16.1.1)
The following are not copied:
- Security rights from the original project to the new project
- Audit Trail
- Action Items
- Budget Plans (KB 253101 Project - Copy: Budget Plans not copied )
