Updating contact information for Broadcom Account profiles

Ensuring accurate and updated contact information in your Broadcom profile is vital for seamless communication with our Technical Engineers and Non-Technical Representatives regarding your cases. Follow this guide to update your name, address, and contact number effortlessly.

Note: This is only applicable for upgraded users with a valid Site ID. Basic Broadcom Account users can update the contact number using Upgrade option on the Broadcom support portal.


  1. Log in to Broadcom Support portal at https://support.broadcom.com/.
  2. Click on the drop-down next to your name on top right-hand corner and go to 'My Profile'.

  3. Click on ‘Edit’ to update your address and phone number

  4. Enter a valid address and phone number to be where you want to be contacted by an engineer.
  5. Click Save.

Additional Information

  • Once the Contact number is updated it will reflect in your profile as well as on your Cases in Case Management.
  • For Company Name change in your support portal profile, create a case.
  • For Email Address change in your support portal profile, we encourage you to create a new account with your new email address.
