Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint Agents haven't checked in or are offline.

Cause

There are several reasons why an agent fails to communicate correctly or check in to the Endpoint Prevent server(s).
The failure to communicate causes the agent to not register or to show offline in the Enforce console.
