vCenter is not showing up under Licensing and Registration within VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

vCenter does not show up in VCF Operations -> License Management -> Licenses -> vCenter Systems.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

VCenter Server 9.x

Cause

Integration or privilege issue.

Resolution

Check integrations and privileges.

• Follow the steps to Activate Management on the vCenter in question.
  
  
• Ensure the vCenter adapter account has the required administrative privileges.

Additional Information

You assign a primary license to a vCenter instance. Your other assets that are connected to that vCenter instance, including ESX hosts, are then licensed automatically. After you assign a primary license, you can also assign add-on licenses to license the assets that consume add-on license capacity.
