Cause

The end-user computing (EUC) division of Broadcom will transition from VMware-hosted systems to Omnissa-hosted systems in May 2024. This transition is part of the preparation to become a Standalone Entity following the pending acquisition of EUC by KKR.

Resolution

Starting May 6, 2024, if you need support, submit a case on the Omnissa website.
