Issue/Introduction

The Broadcom Fulfillment Dashboard found at https://support.broadcom.com provides additional visibility and self-service capabilities surrounding the provisioning progress and enablement of your Broadcom products. 

Download the attached User Guide for a complete walk-through of the new experience. To request access to the Fulfillment Dashboard, please read below.

Fulfillment Dashboard Access Instructions

Access to the Fulfillment Dashboard is managed by a new Support Portal role called Product Administrator

NOTE: An Enterprise Profile is required to request this role. Click HERE for instructions on how to create an Enterprise Profile.

Effective 08/29/2024 In the event a particular site ID has no users registered, when the first site access request to this site ID is APPROVED, the requester will also be auto-granted the User Administrator & Product Administrator role.

To request access to the Fulfillment Dashboard role: 

  1. Log into the Broadcom Support Portal.
  2. Select the profile name in the upper right corner and Request Access.



  3. Select the Product Administrator tab.



  4. Select Update Access, enable the radio button next to the desired site ID and click Save.



  5. The Broadcom Customer Care Team and/or any User Administrator(s) managing that particular site ID will be notified of the role request and can action it via their My Tools / Administration portal.

  6. Once the role request has been approved, the Fulfillment Dashboard tab will appear in the user's Broadcom Support Portal / My Entitlements page.
