Issue/Introduction

Ghost Explorer (x64/x68) of GSS 3.3 RU4 crashes when attempting to open a ghost image. When you open the Ghost (.gho) files, the following window launches:

If you select the last file (****.ghs), Ghost Explorer crashes.

Environment

GSS 3.3 RU4

This issue was not present in GSS 3.3 RU3 or earlier.

Cause

Known issue.

Resolution

Please upgrade to RU5 or later and a pointfix is available in the following KB article:
