Project Team and Tasks not Copying from Template

Issue/Introduction

What could be the reason that my Staff team and Tasks are not getting copied over from a template? 

 

Environment

Release 15.x, 16.x 

 

Cause

• The template project may be associated to a process. 
• The expectation is that the process will perform the copy of the items defined in the process Steps using System Actions. 

 

Resolution

• Review the configuration of the BPM process definition to ensure there are System Actions in the steps to copy specific items over from the template. 

 

Additional Information

• "New From Template" does not copy all template items 
• New Project from Template Process to Copy RICs does not copy over the To Dos
