How to manually remove a stale cluster from the SDDC Manager database after an unsuccessful cluster deletion attempt.

Issue/Introduction

• Access to the workload and management domains in SDDC Manager is unavailable, and the following error is returned:
  
  

" Failed to load cluster details. Failed to get hosts from DB"

• Out of band modifications have been applied to the cluster.
• The cluster and its associated hosts are reported in a deactivating state.

Environment

SDDC Manager 5.x
SDDC Manager 4.x

Cause

The cluster was manually deleted from both the vSphere Client and NSX.

Resolution

Please open a ticket with Broadcom to assist with removing the cluster.
