Issue/Introduction
The Query Builder option is missing from the drop-down menu when trying to edit a Filter.
Environment
Release: 8.7
Cause
Missing "Use Filter Builder" privilege.
Resolution
Add the "Use Filter Builder" privilege by checking the box and then save changes.
