RIC object column order different after page refresh

Issue/Introduction

When reordering the columns in Change, Riks or Issues-related views the column order is different after the page is refreshed. The reordered column is placed in one position to the left of the place specified

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to Modern UX
2. Open a project and go to the Risk, Issue or Changes module
3. Reorder the columns on a view (adding a new column): 
   From: Name - Priority - Category Type - Status
   To: Name - Priority - ID - Category Type - Status
   Notice we have added the ID column between Priority and Category Type
4. Save the view
5. Refresh the page

Expected Results: The column order to be displayed as the view was saved.
                  Name - Priority - ID - Category Type - Status
Actual results: The latest added column is displayed one position earlier 
                Name - ID - Priority - Category Type - Status

Environment

This affects Clarity 16.0.3 or below

Cause

This is caused by DE69812

Resolution

This is not reproducible in 16.1.0 or higher
