Grid columns are re-ordered after saving/refreshing in New UX

Issue/Introduction

When saving a Grid view in Modern  / New User Experience (UX), the columns get randomly rearranged after saving/refreshing. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In the New UX, navigate to Projects, Grid View
2. Create a view
3. Customize the columns and order
4. Save the view
5. Refresh the page

Expected Results: The column order is retained after saving and refreshing 
Actual Results: The order of the columns gets randomized / reordered upon refresh of the view

Note: This can be on any grid, not just projects including the Idea list.

Environment

Affected versions : 15.9.2 and older

Cause

This issue is caused by DE58111.

Resolution

Fixed in 15.9.3.

Workaround: None
