Issue/Introduction

Moving Security Groups of computers from one OU to another in AD creates duplicate items in the SMP Console.  The AD Import will bring in the new location, but the old location is not cleaned up.

Environment

ITMS 8.5, 8.6

Resolution

This issue has been reported to the Broadcom Development team. A fix has been included with our ITMS 8.6 RU2 release.

Short term workaround:
Delete the data from Inv_Security_Groups, and update ResourceUpdateSummary table, then reimport the Security Groups again.

Dev is preparing a pointfix for 8.6 RU1 which will be added to the Cumulative Post 8.6 RU1 point fixes KB when released.
