Bulk Edit Preview Changes does not show values when updating nulls (DE61164)

Issue/Introduction

Bulk Edit Preview Changes panel shows blank when updating nulls, it doesn't work consistently to Preview the changes. The Save works as expected.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity MUX - Assignments (can happen on other pages with Per Period metrics)
2. Add 12 months of monthly periods, add ETC (happens with other metrics too)
3. Note that on resources with 0 ETC on the whole row it displays null. This is known issue DE60809
4. Now go to Bulk Edit, pick a resource that's null and one that's not
5. In Make Changes screen, scroll to a period and update the ETC for both resources, i.e. set to 10

Expected Results: The Preview Changes Panel to show updates to all resources

Actual Results: The resources with null values are not shown updated in Preview Changes. Upon Save, the values are saved correctly and displayed in Assignment Per Period Metrics
