After deploying a new PAM appliance, a license needs to be generated. This is handled through the Broadcom licensing team, not through support.
Privileged Access Managemer, all versions
Prior to opening the case, please generate a sysinfo file by logging into PAM, clicking System Info in the upper right, and selecting the down arrow all the way to the right.
After downloading the sysinfo file, open a case with the licensing team. From the Support portal, select case management.
Now select create a new case, by click on “Create Case”
For the product (#1), you will select Licensing-CA, fill all the required fields as needed and click on submit.
Once you have created the case, upload the sysinfo file.
