Unable to delete duplicate or conflicting Symantec Management Agent communication profiles.
Existing profile 'name of SMP Server' contains the same FQDN and web application path. Existence of non-unique profiles can lead to connection problems if some outdated profile will be used by NS Agent.
Symantec Management Platform 8.1 RU5
During disaster recovery process or offbox upgrade, another "built-in" Symantec Management Agent profile can be created.
1. Verify the attributes of each or both Symantec Management Agent profiles. Check for the NoDelete attribute in the Properties of the Symantec Management Agent Communication profiles.
2. Also make sure no conflicting Site Server Communication profile exists with the same FQDN as the Symantec Management Platform Server.
This should be a unique and unexpected situation. For additional assistance in deleting the conflicting profiles with the NoDelete attribute set refer to Article Id: 184468 or contact Symantec Support for assistance.
