Message LDM0521E File server request failed - function 0 ddname=XXXXXXXX return code=64 reason code=140 is issued, where the XXXXXXX points to an Endevor MCF (Master Control File).

This combination of return code and reason code indicate an out-of-sync condition, which is caused by LSERV being recycled whilst users were still active on Endevor. The correction is to make sure all users are off Endevor, and THEN recycle LSERV
