Unable to login with the admin account, 'Incorrect user name/password' error in VCF Operations 9.1.1

Issue/Introduction

• Installing the "Dell Storage vRealize Operations Management Pack" in VCF Operations 9.1.1 or upgrading a VCF Operations cluster to 9.1.1 which has the 'DELL Storage Adapter management pack' already installed results in the admin account being unable to login to the product UI.
• The /storage/log/vcops/log/analytics-####.log and /storage/log/vcops/log/api.log may contain an error similar to:

[com.vmware.vcops.auth.server.UserAuthenticationServer.handleAuthenticationFail] - AuthException during log in: com.vmware.vcops.auth.exception.AuthException: Unable to log in admin user. CASA Service unavailable

VCF Operations 9.1.1

Cause

The Dell Storage vRealize Operations Management Pack is not compatible with VCF Operations 9.1.1

Resolution

• Revert to snapshots and uninstall the Dell management pack.
• If there are no snapshots Open a Broadcom Support case referencing KB article 455335
