Aria Automation Assembler Sync Prices stuck at In Progress

Issue/Introduction

• In Automation Assembler, under Infrastructure > Integrations, clicking the "Sync Prices" button for the Aria Operations (vROps) integration results in the status remaining stuck at "In Progress" indefinitely.
• The actual pricing features, including deployment cost calculations, function correctly.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

The "Sync Prices" action triggers individual background sync jobs for every project within the organization. While the sync jobs complete successfully, completion status is never written, the UI persists the initial "In Progress" flag indefinitely.

Resolution

Broadcom Engineering is aware of the issue and working to fix it. This is a cosmetic issue and does not affect the pricing functionality.
