Environment

Version: 24.x, 26.x, SaaS

Cause

The user does not have the "X - Execute" privilege for the specific calendar or for CALE objects in general

Resolution

To resolve this issue, add the "X" (Execute) right to the CALE * entry within the user object or relevant usergroup.  Alternatively, the "X" right can be given on the specific object itself.

  1. Log in to the Automic Web Interface with administrative privileges.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Users & Groups.
  3. Select the user or usergroup associated with the affected user
  4. Locate the CALE * entry under the Authorizations tab (or add one if there isn't one)
  5. Grant "X" (Execute) permissions.
  6. Save the changes.
  7. Attempt to trigger the Calendar event again.

For more information, refer to the product documentation on Granting Automation Engine Authorizations -> Rights Applicable to Object Types
